And these signs will accompany those who believe: in My name…they will lay their hands on the sick and they will recover.

Prayers of the People

Corporate prayers are offered every Sunday during our worship service because we believe in God’s loving power working through the united prayers of the St. Peter’s family.  Please email Karen or call her at 205-879-7173 if you or your loved ones would like to be remembered by name during the Sunday worship service.

Email Intercessory Prayer

Our email prayer ministry is led by Kay Alton, who faithfully sends urgent prayer requests to our intercessors, keeping them informed and updated on a regular basis.  If you would like to join this vital ministry, please email Kay.

Weekday Prayer Groups

A committed group of intercessors meets every Monday afternoon from 1:00-2:00 PM in Room 201 to pray for our church leaders, ministries, members, and loved ones. All members are welcome.

The Men's Prayer Group meets every Tuesday at 12:00pm in Pastor Bryan’s office. All men are welcome.

For all urgent prayer requests concerning members of St. Peter’s and their loved ones, please contact Dcn. Karen Mahler, who will communicate concerns and needs to our pastors, pastoral care, and prayer team leaders.
